and prey on love's intent
further still to bend at will
until her heart's content
Willful dance to fate perchance
for all things hinge on time
to ebb and flow like waves we go
for seasons' reasoned rhyme
Chrysalis in woeful bliss
these notions flutter fade
changing in the summer sun
