Thoughts to dance as stars romance
entranced in heaven's sway
soft and serenading
fade into the milky way
Eyes alive in painted skies
and mine too find their way
hearts apart as words depart
to sparkle now and fade
Aloft are dreams reminding
shining stars on heaven's skies
tiny prayers not yours but ours
like chances drifting by
Time just leave a moment please
and dare for one more dance

as the stars afar romance
